This was a piece I made for a project entitled 'Spoon'. My concept was to create a soup spoon with added benefits - in this case, to cool the soup before you ate it.

 

 

In theory, the steam from the soup would create an air current which would start the fan spinning which, in turn (awful pun) would lower the temperature of the soup.
