This cup and saucer project is based on the concept that everything is useless without biscuits. In this case the espresso cup falls over without the support of the golden Custard Cream. The biscuit acts as tasty saucer.

 

I made the cup from wax and then electroformed it. The biscuit was cast from a Custard Cream using algenate and then recast using wax. It was sandwiched together using a coil of wax and then electroformed and subsequently gold plated.
